I am a senior associate in the Real Estate team.
I assist the Real Estate partners on a variety of transactions including landlord and tenant, secured lending and acquisitions.
I advise on all aspects of commercial leasehold work including grants, renewals, surrenders, assignments, licences for alterations and underlettings. I also have experience acting for both corporate and individual clients for acquisitions and disposals of commercial property.
In addition, I assist the corporate and banking teams, providing advice for the real estate aspects of their transactions.
