I am a final seat trainee in the Corporate team, where I advise on M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions.
My third seat was in the Banking and Finance team where I advised lenders and borrowers across multiple industry sectors across the corporate lending spectrum. My second seat was in the Commercial team where I advised clients on all aspects of commercial law including various aspects of commercial contracts, intellectual property law, and data protection. My first seat was in the Employment team. I helped employers and employees navigate through employment queries, complex issues, and disputes. This involved advising on both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. Before this, I was a paralegal in the Corporate team, where I assisted on a broad range of transactions including IPO’s, funding rounds, mergers, asset purchases and share acquisitions.
Prior to joining Marriott Harrison, I completed my LLB at the University of Exeter and went on to complete my LPC at the University of Law.
