As an Associate in the Banking team, I undertake a range of debt finance work, including general corporate lending, asset-based lending, acquisition finance and real estate finance. I act for a wide range of borrowers and lenders, from term sheet stage through to full documentation.
I have extensive experience of working with a range of documentation, including facility agreements, security documentation, guarantees, intercreditor / priority arrangements and all related finance documents.
