I am an associate in the Employment department, having qualified as a solicitor in September 2021 following completion of my training contract with the Firm.
I cover all aspects of employment law across a range of sectors, and work alongside the team to help both employers and employees navigate through employment queries, complex issues and disputes. This involves advising on both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
My work also includes assisting my corporate colleagues on a range of transactional matters, in order to identify employment risks and mitigate these risks through pragmatic and sensible solutions, as well as drafting and negotiating key employment documents.
I particularly enjoy the dynamic and evolving nature of employment law, be that either in response to changes to the political landscape, economic changes or the emergence of new technologies, and I enjoy building strong relationships with our clients to get to understand their employment needs and provide sound, practical advice.
