I am a final seat Trainee Solicitor in the Corporate team, working across venture capital, private equity, and M&A transactions. I am due to qualify in September 2023.
My first seat was also in the Corporate team. My second seat was in Dispute Resolution, working on various high value commercial and shareholder disputes. My third seat was in the firm’s Banking, Finance and Business Restructuring Team, where I assisted on corporate lending and acquisition finance, working on a broad range of financial work for banks, borrowers and other financial institutions.
I completed my LLB degree at SOAS University of London and my combined Master of Laws and LPC at BPP Law School. I am also a member of Marriott Harrison’s Corporate Social Responsibility Committee.
