Aliya is with international multicultural bilingual diversity background and international professional experience in Belgium, Russia, Spain, Germany, Austria speaking English, Spanish, Russian, Turkish, Tatar and German.

She has obtained her Master of Laws degree in University Leuven as well as researcher status at the University Ghent.

Aliya has regularly worked as in-house lawyer in various industrial sectors and has gained more than ten years of experience in business, energy and IT-law (data privacy, cyber / digital intelligence, cybersecurity in nuclear energy).

She has also been a keynote speaker at numerous international conferences on topics such as privacy, cybersecurity, digital intelligence, energy/ petrochemical/gas, all related to dispute resolution aspects.
