Madina worked as a legal consultant at EY (Uzbekistan) where she was advising foreign companies on matters related to corporate, regulatory, labor, data protection, construction law, and currency regulations.

Madina was actively involved in the Phillip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition where she and her teammates became the winners of National Rounds and were presented with an Award for the Best Memorial (2020). She also participated in the Summer school on Public International Law organized by the International and Comparative Law Research Center in Moscow.
