PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENTS
• Conceptualization of the legal frameworks required for the development of projects, including residential projects such as Haras de Santa Lucía, Suratá, among others.
• Participation in the structuring of projects spanning over 1500 hectares of land, with sales exceeding five (5) trillion pesos.
• Providing legal advisory on the structuring of real estate projects across the country, as well as legal support to foreign clients to establish operations in Colombia.
• Representation of shareholders in meetings of the highest corporate body to uphold their rights derived from their ownership status.
• Serving as the Secretary of the Board of Directors for a group of companies dedicated to the marketing of pharmaceutical products, with sales exceeding 150 billion pesos.
