Eline van der Voort advises international and national entrepreneurs, employees and expats. The focus of her practice is on employment law, but she also deals with contracts, labor migration and corporate law. Eline works in the employment law section of Russell Advocaten.
Eline mainly deals with questions concerning labor conflicts, incapacity for work, reorganizations, codetermination and other advice in the field of labor law. Eline is particularly involved in issues concerning labor migration and in advising on cross-border conflicts, about which she wrote her thesis.
