Lisanne Meijerhof advises international and national entrepreneurs and family businesses. Her specialist areas are corporate law and procedural law, her main focus being on shareholders’ disputes, directors’ liability, charity law and contracts. Lisanne is a member of the corporate litigation group at Russell Advocaten.

Lisanne is a true litigator. She assists companies in the areas of corporate litigation, corporate law and general law of contracts. In addition, she assists national and international businesses in preparing contracts and General Terms & Conditions. The clients she serves include important business leaders and notable members of the art world. Lisanne specializes in issues concerning directors’ liability.
