Niek van der Graaf advises international and national entrepreneurs. The focus of his practice is on corporate law, contract law and the relationships within the company (Board of Directors, Supervisory Board, Supervisory Board, Board of Directors, Management Team, Works Council). Niek works in the corporate law section of Russell Advocaten.

Niek mainly focuses on corporate litigation, (international) disputes and advice in the field of corporate law, law of obligations and insolvency law. He also advises and litigates on contracts, including distribution and agency agreements.

Niek is particularly involved in issues concerning financial (Wwft) and European law, the specialisms in which he graduated. Before joining Russell Advocaten, Niek worked for the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets.

In his spare time Niek is an enthusiastic sportsman. He also likes to travel and is interested in history.
