Gentry M. Smiling was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Upon graduating from Jenks High School, Gentry received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Broadcasting with a double minor in political science and Spanish from Oklahoma State University in May 2009. Gentry received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in May 2012. In law school, Gentry interned for U.S. District Judge in the Eastern District and State Court Judges in Tulsa County, as well as the Cleveland County District Attorney's Office.
Member: Tulsa County Bar Association. Gentry is admitted to practice in all State Courts in Oklahoma and the U.S. District Courts of Oklahoma.
Areas of Practice: Her practice focuses on cases including, but not limited to: sports law, civil litigation, employment law and litigation, insurance defense, medical malpractice and personal injury.
She serves as a board member for Beautiful Love Ministries and Project Orphans. She traveled to Uganda, Africa in December 2012 to learn to conduct international adoptions.
