Natalie C. Kozel is an associate in the Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions practice groups. She counsels businesses, business owners, and private equity sponsors on corporate structuring and restructuring, corporate and commercial transactions, due diligence processes, and the acquisition or sale of businesses.
Natalie earned her J.D., cum laude, from Creighton University School of Law. While in law school, she served as the Managing Editor of the Creighton Law Review and externed for the Honorable Chief Judge Robert F. Rossiter, Jr. of the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska.
Prior to attending law school, Natalie gained relevant experience working for a Fortune 500 company and the nation’s largest bank holding company. She also earned her M.B.A., which afforded her the opportunity to meet with business owners and operators in Hong Kong, Macau, and the Guangdong Province of China, known as China’s Silicon Valley.
