Nicholas J. (Nick) Handrich is an associate attorney in Smith Pauley’s Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions practice groups. Nick assists clients across the country with contract reviews and negotiations, mergers, acquisitions, and data privacy matters. With his forward-thinking approach, Nick looks at each matter from multiple perspectives, contemplating all possible risks to protect clients from risk and searching for opportunities to further their business objectives.
As a strategic advisor, Nick prides himself on being responsive and adaptable. When partnering with a client, he takes time to walk clients through the issues at hand, then collaborates with them to find creative solutions that best meet their needs. Nick works diligently to efficiently provide clients with a favorable result while striving to exceed client expectations.
Outside the office, Nick loves spending time with his wife, Abby, and their goldendoodle, Nala. He enjoys exploring new whiskeys and bourbons, playing hockey, and cheering on his beloved Pittsburgh Penguins.
