Seth C. McCauley is an associate attorney in Smith Pauley’s Litigation practice group. He advises clients across a wide range of civil litigation, and focuses on representing various corporate entities, executives, and many others across the Midwest facing complex business and professional negligence litigation.
Seth utilizes his competitive and analytical nature to be a zealous advocate for his clients, and approaches his clients’ issues with fresh ideas, a new perspective, and a deep desire to help. Understanding that litigation is inherently adversarial, Seth does not shy away from courtroom, but always places the best interest of his clients first and enjoys working side-by-side with clients to uncover strategies that will produce a favorable outcome.
Seth received his Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law in 2020, where he was an active participant in the school’s trial and advocacy teams. Prior to law school, Seth received a B.A. in Business Administration from Morningside College where he was a four-year student-athlete and achieved captain honors on the men’s golf team.
Outside the office, Seth loves spending time on the golf course. He also enjoys exploring new restaurants around town, spending time with his family, and cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs and Kansas Jayhawks.
