Tiffany Ann Jones is a creative problem solver who focuses her practice on civil and business litigation. She assists businesses and individual clients with a wide range of legal matters. Tiffany loves the law, empowering others, and solving problems. Tiffany started her professional career in the world of advertising, marketing, and content creation. The two things she loved most about marketing and advertising are the two things she loves most about her practice of law. First, that she has the privilege to help others for a living and second, that she gets to learn something new every day.
The law, just like marketing, technology, or medicine, is ever evolving and so are the needs of each client. Every client is a new opportunity to learn and impact positive change. Tiffany genuinely loves partnering with businesses because not only does she get to learn about her client, but she also gets to learn about their business and help them thrive.
Her legal experience includes issues related to defamation, real estate, business agreements, compliance, employment contracts, and numerous other civil issues.
Shortly after Tiffany relocated to Florida’s Space Coast, toward the end of 2020, she joined the Melbourne office of Widerman Malek. Her skills, experience and client-centric practice service make her an essential member of the firm’s litigation team. Prior to joining Widerman Malek, she was a judicial staff attorney in Birmingham, Alabama. Throughout law school, she served as a law clerk for a firm in Alabama, as well as for the Hoover Municipal Court, and at the Birmingham office of Legal Services of Alabama.
While in school, Tiffany received multiple honors and awards. Her biggest reward now is being in a position to effect change and help solve problems for those who need assistance with legal issues.
Tiffany is most enthusiastic about philanthropy, research, writing, and the law.
In her free time, Tiffany enjoys discovering the many delights of Brevard County and the surrounding areas with her family. She and her husband have two beautiful children, and their family especially loves exploring the beaches, removing litter, and enjoying other endeavors of nature, including fishing and hiking.
