Huong Lam is an associate at Winner & Booze. Huong has been practicing law in the State of Nevada since 2008. She is a 2007 Willamette Law School graduate with an undergraduate degree in Religious Studies. In law school, Huong wrote for the Willamette Law Online, Intellectual Property, was a member of and scribe for Phi Delta Phi, received honors in legal writing and research, and was a recipient of the Oregon State Bar AAP Public Honors Fellowship in 2006. Huong also attended a summer semester of law school in China, where she had a unique experience of learning about international criminal law, Chinese law, and international sports law.
After obtaining her Juris Doctorate, Huong moved to Las Vegas, Nevada and began her career representing financial institutions in both the judicial and nonjudicial foreclosure process. Huong has also represented and advised homeowner’s association in civil litigation and bankruptcy creditor claims. Huong’s current areas of practice include civil litigation defense against claims for personal injury and property damage. Huong has successfully represented her clients in arbitrations, mediations, settlement conferences, and trials. Huong is admitted to practice in all Nevada State Courts, Federal Court for the District of Nevada, and the Supreme Court of Nevada.
