Bradley Dixon serves as Counsel to the firm and practices in the areas of energy, regulatory, telecommunications, corporate, water rights, administrative and utilities law.
Prior to joining the firm, Brad gained significant legal research and writing experience, clerking in Kansas City, Missouri for a number of judges at the Missouri Court of Appeals – Western District and in Hawaii for the Honorable Katherine M. Leonard at the Hawaii Intermediate Court of Appeals. Brad was also an associate at Spencer Fane in Kansas City, Missouri in the civil litigation practice group, where he represented small businesses and large corporations in matters ranging from contract disputes, business torts, banking and insurance litigation to intellectual property and class action litigation in both state and federal court.
Brad earned a Bachelor of Arts in History at William Jewell College, in Liberty, Missouri, where he participated in the Oxbridge Honors Program and studied abroad in Oxford, England. Brad received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Missouri School Of Law in Columbia, MO, where he was an Associate Editor for the Missouri Law Review, published articles in the Missouri Law Review and the National Association of Administrative Law Judiciary, and also studied comparative legal systems abroad in Cape Town, South Africa.
