Primerus business law firms have collaborated to form the Business Law and Dispute Resolution practice group that provides in-house counsel and corporate clients “hands-on” representation by seasoned lawyers without the large law firm price tag. Many of our members include attorneys who have secured recognition as specialists in one or more areas of commercial law. While requirements vary by state, accreditation typically involves an approved course of study in one of the listed concentrations, followed by a written examination:
