Insurance - Cross Border
The purpose of the Insurance Practice Section is to enhance our Primerus member attorneys’ ability to discuss and represent their clients and prospective clients regarding “insurance”. These client discussions are unavoidable because “insurance” is pertinent to practically every area of law and every geographic area of the planet. “Insurance” is involved in litigation, business management, finance, risk mitigation, cross-border, and in the representation of individuals, businesses, and not-for-profits. Light of that breadth of need, the Insurance Practice Section works to expand members’ capabilities to counsel their clients on topics such as risk mitigation, litigation, property, transactional, directors and officers, representations and warranties, credit insurance, captive insurance, regulatory, and insurance policy interpretation. Practice group members will also develop relationships with fellow members with whom they can share work and facilitate client introductions.
