Stare Decisis is published several times each year by the Young Lawyers Section of Primerus. Stare Decisis is geared to assisting young lawyers, who are the future leaders of Primerus, in their personal and professional growth.  Features include advice from seasoned attorneys to young associates and partners and articles on topics and current issues of interest to younger lawyers. Members of the Young Lawyers section also contribute substantive articles on current legal developments and tips to assist young lawyers in their everyday life and practice.
