December 8, 2017 - Roberts Perryman PC is pleased to announce that effective January 1, 2018, Richard Wuestling, Susan Dimond, Adina Johnson and Chandler Atkins formerly of the law firm of Wuestling & James, L.C. will be joining Roberts Perryman. Founded in 1962, Wuestling & James is “AV” rated by Martindale-Hubbard and ranks in U.S. News’ top tier of law firms for defense of legal malpractice claims. The addition of these attorneys adds talented trial and appellate strength to the Roberts Perryman team.
Ted Perryman realized the firms had commonly held high standards, culture and depth of trial experience. “We will be adding to our core strengths and adding experienced and well-respected attorneys. We have built our foundation and reputation as a leading trucking defense and transportation firm. We will continue to focus on trucking, yet have additional practice areas as well as talented attorney capacity,” according to Ted.
Roberts Perryman will expand its trucking defense, transportation, insurance coverage and defense, and toxic tort practice areas with the merger. Roberts Perryman will now also provide professional liability defense, appellate, restaurant and retail/dram shop defense, bad faith and extra contractual liability.
