As the Real Estate Department chair, I have been representing buyers and sellers of real estate for over 35 years. My practice is focused on residential and commercial real estate and representing condominium associations and landlord/tenant law. I have given numerous lectures on real estate, condominium, timeshare and landlord/tenant law. I regularly advise clients on the complex issues involved in buying, selling, leasing and financing real estate. I particularly enjoy working with first time home buyers. I begin with a review of the purchase and sales agreement and explain in great detail their rights and obligations. I guide them through the home inspection and any associated repairs issues. At the closing I review through the closing and loan documents. We pride ourselves in that our clients’ transactions are handled quickly, efficiently and with no surprises.
