Professional Liability Defense Practice Group

The Professional Liability Defense practice group includes attorneys who work in professional liability, including the defense of directors and officers, accountants, architects, engineers, lawyers, medical professionals, real estate agents, insurance brokers and agents, public officials, and home inspectors; and the defense of employment practices liability matters, including, but not limited to, wage and hour and ADA matters.

Those who work in this field know the special challenges these cases present. They require an understanding of the technical or scientific issues involved, and the experience of a trial lawyer. They require judgment and empathy to help another professional through one of the most difficult experiences of their career. These cases require efficiency in order for the representation to be cost effective. Active involvement in this group helps members provide better service to clients.
